This project started with the extensive brief development process, immersing in the company's ethos, operations nature, group dynamics, department adjacencies for defining their space requirements as appropriate. The six floors occupied by Nestle were designed to provide an open plan office space with adaptable floor plan arrangements allowing for future expansion. The floor layouts provide uncluttered office space, conducive to effective teamwork, and convenient circulation. As the base building floor plate was too long, the two open spiral staircases were introduced on either end of the floor plate to provide shorter circulation routes and also encourage using the open stairs instead of the lifts and fire safety stairs.
