This project involved a full refurbishment of the existing office building, providing a modern class A office space in this pivotal location in Dublin city centre. As the ceiling height was restricted, the four-pipe fan coil unit system was installed along the inner perimeter wall to allow for maximum height. All engineering systems including air-conditioning, cooling, and air handling equipment were replaced with the new ones. The lift lobbies and toilet cores were upgraded to the highest standards. The planning permission restricted the interference with the existing building facade, therefore, we only replaced the curtain walling and cleaned the stonework.
