The building sits on a very tight site with many constraints and easements, which subsequently dictated its configuration and architecture. This development consists of the 250 key Sheraton Hotel, Sports Centre, Conference Hall, Swimming Pool, Spa, and 3000-seat Football Stadium. The project went through the approvals and planning process very smoothly and received the construction permit on time as planned. The design concept was based on conventional good practice standards as well as on the principles of sustainable design and energy efficiency. The architectural composition evolves mainly around "the main spine" of the building, starting at the main entrance and branching away and connecting the circulation paths and functional zones together. The network of bright internal full-height atria and double-height foyers create legible interior spaces for easy access and orientation.
