This Class A office building was to replace the existing 70s building situated in Dublin City Centre. The building had to be designed around the existing church and therefore, all care was taken to preserve and emphasize its architectural presence. The proposed fully glazed curtain walling facade of the building as a calm background highlights the church building and as a result, both buildings are winning from this juxtaposition. The three stepped modular blocks and two atria provide offices with ample natural light and unobstructed visual links to St. Stephen's Green. The ground floor premises including the atria are arranged as an open plan interconnected spaces providing a rich sequence of experiences.
