The land plot is located on Barbuda’s southwestern shore with unparalleled natural beauty and tranquillity. The proposed development involves restoration and expansion of the existing 22-room hotel to 120-rooms with additional luxury villas located along the remaining coastline. The proposal also envisages redevelopment of the existing pool area and surrounding landscape by adding water features and lush vegetation along the beach line. The proposed design takes great care of preserving its natural landscape and vernacular architecture. With increased capacities and comfort levels the resort would become a first-class destination in the Caribbean.
