The design concept was conceived based on the client's requirements for specific office spaces, department layouts, and adjacencies. The base building specifications were carefully examined against the client requirements, after which a number of space planning options were produced and discussed with the client.

The reception lobby and the waiting area open up immediately from the main entrance through the lift lobby. The waiting area behind the reception together with the adjacent meeting room act as a focal point and a hub in the office. Both, the reception lobby and waiting area behind the glazed screen are enjoying ample daylight and providing breathtaking views to the city.
