The proposed building design suggested three separate office blocks of a deferent size, interlinked through the central atrium to allow for flexibility in letting. The cylindrical atrium acts as a focal point and accommodating the reception area, lobby, waiting zone, and cafeteria on the ground floor, and the lift lobbies, walkways, and galleries on the upper floors. One of the important design considerations was the selection of an optimal datum level for the ground floor allowing for rational site organisation, and integration into the landscape.
